Been feeling less of the wind beneath my wings, to be honest: today’s run was a bit out of sorts, legs feeling a bit too long for the pavement, whereas the last week everything was working fine. Am going to try for an easy 3k tomorrow before me and Tim go for an 8k effort on Thursday. Concentrating on pacing myself at the moment, since I tend to end up running faster than I can really manage over more than a short way.
